• We are located at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. We can have orders air lifted within 30 minutes to anywhere in the country.

Shipping: USA & Canada

• Prompt and efficient processing of all orders is guaranteed
• In stock items ordered prior to 2:00 p.m. EST are processed and shipped same day.
• In stock items ordered after 2:00 p.m. EST are shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday).
• Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice (PPA). Collect shipment via customer's preferred carrier is available on request.
• Toolwell ships via the following carriers:

Shipping: Mexico & Latin America

Orders for Mexico are shipped directly to customers in Mexico or we can ship to customer's forwarder in Laredo or San Diego. Orders for Central and South America are shipped to customer's forwarder in Miami. All shipments are FOB, origin. Shipments include customs documentation, export packaging include crating meeting international standard phytosanitary measures ISPM15. Orders must be prepaid via wire transfer for export.

Return Policy

We guarantee that all products are 100% new and unused so the customer can rest assured that the equipment will not break down (so long as it is used as directed.) Our quality can only be assured on new and unused products. Therefore we do NOT accept any merchandise returns as such items may no longer be new and unused and any application function test and load proof test may be void.
