Our patented JUWAthan rollers are designed to intentionally flatten out under the load weight in order to increase the footprint. This distributes the weight across a large area and reduces the floor pressure to provide low rolling resistance, easy steerability and guarantees no damage to the floor’s surface.

However, if you are moving a heavy load across thin floors, a structural engineer will need to calculate the pressure exerted onto the floor’s support structure to assure that the load will not break through.

Please use the table below to calculate the approximate floor pressure generated by the dollies. Keep in mind that the exact pressure is influenced by various factors, such as: floor condition (rough or smooth), floor evenness (level, uneven or decline), and location of load's center of gravity distributed across supporting dollies.
